This policy covers this website — what happens when you browse it or send us a message. It is published by Integrate AI LLC, a North Dakota limited liability company.
Our apps are covered separately. Kin, for example, collects nothing at all and has its own privacy policy. Nothing in this website policy applies to what happens inside an app.
1.Information you give us
The contact form on this site asks for your name, your email address, and your message. When you submit it, that information is emailed to us so we can reply. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to carry on any conversation that follows.
We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.
2.Information collected automatically
- IP address, for abuse prevention. The contact form counts submissions per IP address to block spam. This count is held in the server’s memory for ten minutes and is not written to a database or linked to your message.
- Hosting logs. This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which records standard request information — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user-agent — for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. Vercel processes this on our behalf under its own data-processing terms.
- Email delivery. Contact-form messages are delivered through Google (Gmail) and are stored in our mailbox.
- Fonts. Typefaces are served from this site’s own domain. They are not loaded from Google Fonts or any other third party, so viewing a page discloses your IP address to no one but our host.
We use no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site tracking. There is nothing to consent to, and no cookie banner, because we set nothing.
3.Why we may process it, and for how long
Where the GDPR applies, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, keeping the site secure, and running our business (Article 6(1)(f)) — or, where you are asking us about work, taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Contact messages — kept in our mailbox as business correspondence, generally no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless a longer period is needed for a contract or legal obligation.
- Rate-limit counters — ten minutes, in memory.
- Hosting logs — retained by Vercel under its own schedule, typically about 30 days.
4.Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the site work: Vercel (hosting) and Google (email delivery). They act as processors on our instructions, except where they act as controllers for their own infrastructure and security purposes. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
These providers are based in the United States. Where information is transferred out of the EEA or UK, that transfer relies on the providers’ standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the information we hold about you; to object to or restrict our processing; and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. California residents have rights of access, deletion, correction, and to know under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
To exercise any of these, email integrateai2026@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. We respond within the period required by law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
6.Security and children
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content-security policy and related protections. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

We will update this policy if our practices change, and revise the “Last updated” date above.
